Gender can seem ‘too complicated’ nowadays, and is often confused with sexual orientation.
And I get it.
I understand.
BUT IT’S SIMPLY ANOTHER DIVERSITY ISSUE
We’ve debated religion, race and sexuality. And feminism has done much to level ‘men’ and ‘women’…
But as we continue to progress and evolve, it’s vital we keep re-examining old beliefs.
WHAT I KNOW ABOUT GENDER
Frustrated at being misunderstood, and wanting to stand up for others, I researched gender in depth. Scientific data, historical facts, cultural differences and examples from the natural world.
I was blown away, and absolutely compelled to share what I had learnt.
So I wrote educational talks, and booked speaking slots…
And turned rooms full of eye-rollers, into people who finally ‘get it’
